Folie anticondens – Iata un material tot mai popular pentru protejarea unei locuinte. Rolul acesteia este de a proteja acoperisul impotriva umezelii, vantului, precipitatiilor si variatiilor de temperatura. Datorita foliei anticondens, acoperisul va avea o durata de viata mai mare.

Exista folie anticondens in doua si trei straturi. Cea in trei straturi este mai performanta, pentru ca asigura un sistem de ventilare superior si suporta cantitati mult mai mari de apa decat folia anticondens in doua straturi. Folia anticondens in trei straturi este ideala pentru acoperisurile realizate din bitum, aceste acoperisuri nepermitand ventilarea locuintei. Acest tip de folie este si mai usor de montat, pentru ca nu reflecta lumina.

Atunci cand cumparati folie anticondens trebuie sa aveti in vedere coeficientul de difuzie a vaporilor (Sd). Pentru o protectie optima, acesta trebuie sa fie mai mic sau egal cu 0,5m. De asemenea, este indicat ca folia anticondens sa fie insotita de un certificat de calitate european.

Folia anticondens poate fi folosita pentru acoperisuri inclinate, ventilate sau neventilate, sub tigla metalica, ceramica sau din beton. Pot fi folosite atat pentru acoperisuri cu astereala, cat si pentru acoperisuri ce nu sunt prevazute cu astereala. Folia poate fi aplicata inaintea realizarii sistemului acoperis, pentru a proteja constructia de intemperii.

Folia anticondens se monteaza pe partea exterioara a acoperisului, sub invelitoare. Ea poate fi montata direct pe capriori sau peste astereala. Este indicat ca ea sa fie montata in fasii orizontale, de sus in jos – de la streasina spre coama. De retinut – toata suprafata acoperisului trebuie sa fie acoperita cu folie anticondens, fara a lasa spatii goale.
