Cum reparam tencuiala stricata de pe pereti? Va vom prezenta procedeul pas cu pas in cele ce urmeaza.

  1. Curatam tencuiala veche. Zona unde se vor face reparatiile trebuie sa fie curatata de praf, reziduuri, urme de fum si altele. Aceasta parte a fatadei va fi indepartata, folosind un polizor sau alta unealta adecvata, alaturi de plasa de armare din jur. Se va decupa o sectiune din materialul de izolare termica si se va lipi in zona afectata.
  3. Aplicam adeziv de completat. Dupa ce mortarul sau adezivul poliuretanic s-a intarit, se aplica mortar de intarire in locul din care a fost indepartata tencuiala. Apoi, aplicam plasa de intarire pe mortarul proaspat. Aceasta plasa trebuie sa fie mai mare decat sectiunea indepartata, pentru a se suprapune cu sectiunea deja existenta cu aproximativ 10 cm.
  4. Aplicam tencuiala. Dupa curatarea suprafetei si realizarea reparatiilor necesare, este momentul sa aplicam o noua tencuiala. Cum procedam? In primul rand, netezim suprafata vechii tencuieli cu un adeziv si mortar de intarire, pentru a crea o zona perfect neteda, fara inegalitati.  Dupa ce stratul de baza se usuca, se aplica un grund – o etapa foarte importanta atunci cand se aplica straturi subtiri de tencuiala. Acest strat ajuta puterea de adeziune a tencuielii si reduce posibilitatea aparitiei petelor de suprafata.

    Dupa ce amorsa s-a uscat complet (aproximativ 4 ore), se va aplica un strat subtire de tencuiala. Daca veti utiliza tencuiala minerala destinata vopsirii ulterioare, este esential sa aplicati si un strat de vopsea inainte, pentru a va asigura ca tencuiala are rezistenta necesara la conditiile atmosferice. Folosind o mistrie inoxidabila, se aplica un strat uniform de tencuiala pe substratul pregatit. Se indeparteaza excesul de material, iar suprafata ramasa se netezeste cu o spatula din plastic.

    Tencuiala se usuca in 12-48 de ore, in functie de substrat, temperatura si umiditate. In timp ce sarcinile continua si tencuiala se usuca, temperatura substratului si a mediului ambiental trebuie sa fie intre +5C – +25C, iar umiditatea sa fie sub 80%.

    Este recomandabil ca lucrarile sa fie efectuate de persoane specializate in domeniul constructiilor si amenajarilor interioare si exterioare, pentru a reduce costurile inutile si a fi asigurate conditiile de siguranta atat pentru muncitori, cat si pentru trecatori sau locatarii imobilului. Pentru zonele greu accesibile (de exemplu, blocuri turn, cladiri inalte unde nu pot fi instalate schele), se va apela la alpinisti utilitari. Pe noi ne gasiti la numarul de telefon 0732.000.112!
